Gluten free chocolate pancakes
My favourite gluten free chocolate pancakes to start the weekend!
Wat do you need for 10 pancakes?
- 200 grams of gluten free flour
- 12 grams of baking powder
- 1,5 tablespoon of cacao powder
- 2 eggs
- 160 ml of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
How to make gluten free chocolate pancakes?
Mix the gluten free flour with the baking powder, cacao powder and eggs until smooth. Add bit by bit some milk to the mixture. After add the vanilla extract and salt and mix again.
Put a pan on the stove, medium heat. Add butter or oil to the pan to grease it. To make perfect round pancakes, I use a baking form. Add a big spoon full of batter to the baking form, when you see it rise, take out the form and turn the pancake carefully. Continue until the pancake batter is finished.
Staple the pancakes and use syrup and blueberries (or any other fruit) to decorate and to make it even tastier.
